Chad Haggerty, Chair/Sponsors - Chad is the Senior Director of Delivery Assurance at Comcast. Chad has over 20 years of experience in Product/Software Development, Quality/Process Management, and Customer Service Management. During his career, he has helped organizations certify and maintain Quality Certifications (ISO9000), transition to Agile practices, and launch Process Improvement programs using CMM, Lean and Six Sigma. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics from Drexel University. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Software Quality Engineer, a Certified Quality Manager, Chair of Philly SPIN, and is a senior member of ASQ.
Vic Nanda, Programs/Sponsors - Vic is a Quality Manager at Motorola with over 13 years experience in software quality assurance. He is responsible for CMMi and ITIL deployment, leading process improvements, and for Digital Six Sigma (DSS) program leadership. He is a member of the editorial board and reviewer panel of various quality publications such as Software Quality Professional Journal and IEEE Software. Vic has six professional quality certifications. He is the author of the books - Quality Management System Handbook for Product Development Companies, and ISO 9001 - Achieving Compliance and Continuous Improvement in Software Development Companies. He was awarded ASQ’s Feigenbaum Medal for the year 2006. Vic is a Senior Member of ASQ.
